Starting Feb. 7th through the 14th, our unfilled yeast doughnuts will be heart shaped, of those we will also have a limited-edition Rose flavor and a Valrhona Chocolate Rose. Our Doughflowers are coming back in Rose and Passion Fruit and we will have a special heart shaped Ripple that can only be ordered in advance. We are also doing a special box of 6 heart-shaped Doughseeds of the flavors: Raspberry, Passion Fruit, Valrhona Rose, Peanut Butter Cup, Rose Petal, and Orange Chocolate.🍩

This Valentine’s Day, executive Chef Bun Cheam and owner/fish monger Steven Wong have collaborated to create a pre-fixe menu highlighting rare seafood specialities to share with your special someone.
The four course pre fixe dinner (for $85) will be kicked off with an amuse bouche of Oysters with uni and caviar, followed by Pulpo A La Plancha with preserved lemon, and dukkah; Squid Ink Tagliatelle with dungeness crab and ikura; Halibut with smoked celeriac and spicy lobster jus, and a sweet Passion Fruit Panna Cotta with baked meringue and dried strawberries to conclude.
